Yes. Cancellation is free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment – we refund any payment already made. After that the consultation is chargeable and will not be refunded. Before payment the appointment is not yet binding; cancelling costs nothing.
You pay our service fee. Fixed components (e.g. government fees) are part of the displayed price and itemised separately.
