Visitor visa
The B-2 visa allows applicants to stay in the US temporarily for personal or tourist purposes. It is particularly suitable for longer stays and, depending on the individual case, may allow a stay of up to 180 days per entry.
Bookable options
For how many people are we preparing the application?
With the Priority Service we handle your application with priority – from the document check to booking your appointment.
- Priority review of your details and documents, usually within one working day
- Your DS-160 application is prepared first and sent to you for approval
- Earliest possible interview appointment – we regularly check whether earlier slots become available
- Priority responses from your personal contact by phone and email
Priority speeds up our processing. We have no influence on waiting times or decisions of the US consulate.
In a personal phone call an experienced consultant prepares you specifically for your interview at the US consulate – tailored to your documents and your purpose of travel.
- Call of about 30 minutes, scheduled in the days before your interview
- What happens at the consulate: entry and security check, fingerprints, interview at the counter
- Typical questions about your purpose of travel, length of stay, funding and your ties to Germany – including a practice round
- Which documents to bring and what is not allowed inside the consulate (e.g. bags, electronic devices)
- Advice on the specifics of your case, such as previous refusals or longer stays
The decision on the visa rests solely with the consular officer.
We transfer your details into the official DS-160 online form of the US Department of State and submit it for you.
- Transfer of your details from our questionnaire into the English-language form (CEAC)
- Check for completeness and consistency – avoiding typical errors such as name spelling, travel history or employer details
- Upload of your passport photo according to US requirements
- You receive the details for review first – we only submit after your approval
